Jason Cullen comes from Janesville, Wisconsin, USA. He holds a BA with a double major in Comparative Literature and Russian Language & Literature. He also participated in the American Collegiate Consortium’s exchange year in the former Soviet Union. Jason chose to study in historic Kiev, Ukraine. After teaching in Eastern Europe (Ukraine and Hungary) for a few years, he attended Indiana University to earn an MA in Central Eurasian Studies. He then taught in China for several years, and he has also taught in South Korea, Saudi Arabia, and the United States. He finally earned an MA in Applied English Linguistics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He enjoys reading, writing, learning languages, and a good cup of coffee.
